Dr. Charles Kreshel is from Wilber, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor’s degree in 1973 and his Master’s degree in 1975. He received his M.D. from the College of Medicine in New Jersey in 1982. He did his residency at Lincoln Family Medical Program from 1982 to 1985.
He worked at Lincoln Clinic from 1985 until 1991, when he started North Lincoln Family Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
John Grandgenett is from northern Iowa. He has been with North Lincoln Family Medical Center since 1999.
He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa in 1987. He attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his Masters of Science in Nursing in 1999 through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. He is certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He maintains active membership in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and with the Nebraska Nurse Practitioners.
John continues to precept nurse practitioner and registered nurse students from the University of Nebraska, Creighton University, Clarkson University, and Union College. He has worked as a Clinical Faculty for Ball State University.
John is married and has three boys. He enjoys spending time outside doing activities with his family.
Trishia Frost is from Fremont, Nebraska. She has been with North Lincoln Family Medical Center since 2005.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Creighton University in 2001. She received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from UNMC in 2005. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Nebraska Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau.
Trishia is married and has twin boys. She enjoys traveling and working in the yard.
Anthony Cox is from Kearney, Nebraska. He has been with North Lincoln Family Medical Center since January 2001.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, graduating in 1997. He received his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at UNMC in 1999.
He is a Certified Physician Assistant and worked in Alma, Nebraska previous to working here at NLFMC. In Alma, he provided emergency room services, inpatient and clinic care.
Tony is married and has three children.
Sarah Grady is from Omaha, Nebraska. She has been with North Lincoln Family Medical Center since 2003.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in chemistry and a minor in biology from Wayne State College in 2000. She received her Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant in 2002 from UNMC.
She is a member of the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Family Practice Physician Assistants. She enjoys precepting Physician Assistant students from UNMC and Union College.
Sarah is married with four children and she loves to travel and read.
